Payment:

Our preferred method of payment is direct deposit.  Please request bank details and they will be emailed to you.

We also accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, cheque or money order.

To pay by credit card you can either enter the details through our secure shopping cart or phone 07 3396 2016 between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

PayPal payments can be made to redbooks@bigpond.net.au.  We will send you an electronic invoice if requested.

Cheques or money order can be made to Red Books and mailed to:

Don't forget to include your postage details and a contact phone number.

Order Confirmation:

It is important that you advise us if you would like to go ahead with an order.  We receive many book enquiries each day and as such all books remain on sale until a payment or advice of payment is received.  Upon receipt of payment  we will remove the book/s from our online databases.  If required we can hold books for a period of one week to allow payment to be made.
Postage:

All books are protected and packaged with care.

Domestic Postage Rates:

A general guide for domestic postage rates is an Australia wide rate of $4.70 for up to 500g and $8.85 for up to 3kg.  The weight of all books is included in the listing to help you do your own calculations.

International Postage Rates:

International postage is estimated to take 14 - 28 business days.  Insurance is available upon request.  We advise the weight of our books in their listings to help you do your own international postage calculations based on the table below.  Please email us if you have any questions.

International postage is subject to import restrictions and all duties and taxes are payable by the buyer.

Refunds:

If a book is not as described we will happily offer a refund.  Please contact us if you have any problems as we like our customers to be happy!

We also offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.  Please contact us before you return the book.  Please note, we do not refund postage or pay for return postage if you have changed your mind.
